UEFA EURO 2020 Logo

In the summer of 2020 (12 June – 12 July), all football fans will unite to embrace the best of European culture and football.

The 2020 edition of the UEFA European Football Championship™ (“UEFA EURO 2020™”) marks indeed the 60th anniversary of the UEFA European Football Championship™. To celebrate this milestone, the competition will change its format and 51 matches will be played by the 24 qualified teams in 12 major cities across all corners of Europe. The 12 selected host cities are: Amsterdam, Baku, Bilbao, Bucharest, Budapest, Copenhagen, Dublin, Glasgow, London, Munich, Rome and Saint Petersburg.

It is the first time that a major sports event will be hosted across an entire continent, and this will create an unprecedented, multi-market platform.

Based on the TV audiences achieved from the last edition UEFA EURO 2016, it is projected that UEFA EURO 2020 will deliver a global live audience of over 5 billion viewers.

Both core-category and creative licensees will be sought to design, produce and distribute ranges of fan, lifestyle, fashion and leisure products to be sold throughout Europe and other worldwide markets. With specific retail partnerships being confirmed, licensees can expect a strong retail platform for the programme.

With 3 million tickets being sold, UEFA EURO 2020™ will be closer to fans than ever before, inviting everyone to take part in the celebration of football.
